Founded in the 1990s, the name Fadiel comes from “FA-bbrica DI-spositivi EL-ettroidraulici” (Factory of Electro-Hydraulic Devices).
Fadiel was born from the idea of combining technical ingenuity with attention to the individual, with a clear objective: to offer concrete solutions to improve the mobility of those living with motor disabilities.
The early years, characterized by a strong artisanal component, saw the company take its first steps in Marcon (VE), where a small entrepreneur, Fabio Domeneghini, and a few collaborators began developing the first driving devices for people with reduced mobility.
Experience, passion, and continuous experimentation quickly led to steady growth, which over time resulted in the relocation of the headquarters to Meolo (VE), today the productive and technological heart of the company.
The current headquarters covers an area of over 20,000 square meters, including production, logistics, and office spaces, a testament to solid and structured growth.
Over the years, Fadiel has maintained an identity strongly connected to its territory, choosing to design, produce, and distribute all its devices internally, in a fully Made in Italy process.
Every product is born within the company: from idea to design, from prototyping to production, up to final testing and distribution.
This total independence ensures complete control over quality, safety, and innovation, confirming a corporate philosophy based on competence and responsibility.
Technological evolution has always been Fadiel’s driving force.
From traditional mechanics to the latest electronic solutions, every step has been guided by the desire to anticipate the needs of people and the market.
Over time, the company has introduced hydraulic systems, electronic controls, driving joysticks, and wireless devices, all developed and manufactured entirely within its own facility.
Design is carried out using cutting-edge technologies, employing professional software such as SolidWorks and 3D CAD systems, which allow the creation of virtual models, functional simulations, and precision drawings to ensure the highest level of reliability, ergonomics, and aesthetic quality.
Starting in 2008, Fadiel expanded its expertise to the transportation sector, introducing a complete range of loading ramps for vehicles intended to transport people with disabilities.
In the following years, the offer expanded with electro-hydraulic lifts, swivel seats, steps, lifting crane, and other systems dedicated to overcoming architectural barriers, always designed and manufactured internally.
This diversification has allowed the company to provide a comprehensive mobility solution, covering driving, transportation, and barrier-free access.
At the same time, Fadiel invested in the technical training of its network of installers and distributors, ensuring specialized and competent service in Italy and abroad.
Today, it can rely on a network of over 70 authorized installers throughout the national territory, supported by a widespread organization and continuous training and upgrading programs.
International expansion is another strength of the company: Fadiel is today present in 37 countries worldwide, across all five continents, with distributors, specialized workshops, and technical centers sharing the same philosophy of quality and innovation.
The culture of innovation and passion for mobility has also led Fadiel beyond the world of the road: the company has participated in motorsport projects, collaborating with drivers such as Clay Regazzoni and Alex Zanardi, and with major car manufacturers and constructors such as BMW, Porsche, and Stellantis, as well as with research institutes and universities such as the Politecnico di Milano and the University of Parma.
