Accelerators and brake combined

Community Code: 32.01, 25.04, 20.06

Device that combines the movement of the brake pedal with forward manual thrust, and mechanical acceleration by rotating the upper part of the lever around its axis, this activates the transmission with a telescopic rod fixed to the accelerator pedal.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • There is a double bearing on the upper joint of the lever to minimize the mechanical effort for managing the accelerator.
  • The springs to contrast the rotation of the upper joint of the lever have 4 different adjustments that can be set according to the user's needs.
  • The lever has 3 push rod selection points on the brake pedal to optimize braking effort.
  • Inside the lever, the stroke of the accelerator rod has 3 possible adjustments to optimize the acceleration effort.
  • The rack is made of C40 steel with closely spaced teeth to optimize the brake lock even with small movements whilst braking.
  • The rounded shape of the external COVER allows, during use, the sliding of the knee on them, without creating continuous microtrauma to the knee.
  • There is a spring to return the lever to zero, so that the lever itself does not add its own weight on the brake rod and therefore on the pedal.

The whole range of floor levers are equipped with a lever release mechanism that allows you to release the lever by placing it on the seat, thus facilitating driving for able-bodied people.
